Includes a functional movement screen (FMS), anthropometric measurements, body fat assessment and a lifestyle/goals assessment in order to begin your fitness journey.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an individual session please try to give us at least 24 hours notice so the vacant spot has time to be filled. If notice is not given the session will be charged.
