Service Description

This assessment includes a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) along with an athletic assessment of baseline power, agility, speed and strength to be tracked over time an establish a starting point for every athlete.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an individual session please try to give us at least 24 hours notice so the vacant spot has time to be filled. If notice is not given the session will be charged.
